Pricing
You will be required to pay a 25% (non-refundable) deposit. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure together with a £200 security deposit cheque (refundable - subject to no damage/breakages during your stay and safe return of keys).
Prices are for the villa per week and are inclusive of weekly cleaning service, welcome pack and air-conditioning.
We offer a discount for lets of more than 3 weeks and for long term lets over the winter period. Please contact us for discount details
