The villa has been tastefully furnished and fully equipped to make it a true home from home.
This villa is beautifully designed over two floors and offers the following facilities:
Living
Spacious open plan living/dining area. The large living area has three sofas (one doubles as comfortable bed).
Dining
The dining area has a large table with seating for 6 & a breakfast bar provides seating for an additional 2 people, patio doors lead out to the pool area.
Kitchen
A luxury fitted kitchen with all mod cons including cooker, hob, microwave, fridgefreezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle & toaster. It is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, saucepans, cooking utensils & picnic equipment, cold boxes, etc for the beach.

Bedroom 1 with double bed with en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 with twin bed
Bedroom 3 with twin beds
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and balconies

Entertainment provided includes satellite TV, DVD and radio.

Large private 7m x 3.5m pool with terraced area & outside shower, includes stone BBQ, patio table & chairs with umbrella and sunloungers.
General
We have a professional and friendly management company that will welcome you at the villa upon your arrival, answer any questions you may have and provide assistance whilst you are there if necessary. We aim to make your holiday as stress free as possible, so that you can relax and enjoy the sun. On arrival a welcome pack is provided to help you out with the essentials for the first day, including that all important bottle of wine! We can also assist with your arrangements for transfers, etc.
Bed linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided. The villa will be cleaned before your arrival. If your stay is more than 1 week towels & linen will be changed, additional midweek cleans can be arranged at an extra cost. Also provided is a safe, alarm clock, hairdryer, cot, highchair and ironing board.
We request that guests do not smoke in the villa.
